I love making tuna salad but using laughing cow cheese instead of mayo.

I love love love Ezekiel English Muffins (8g protein per muffin) with either whipped peanut butter or a boca chicken patty. :)

Good luck to you. I struggle with this as well. I eat and drink my anxiety away. I am trying to remind myself that even if I eat or drink, the problem will still be there when I'm done.

Lately I've been enjoying an Ezekiel english muffin with 2 wedges of light laughing cow cheese. The English Muffins are a complete protein. :)

I've recently given up diet drinks and all other beverages that include aspartame and Sucralose. I'm a southern girl so sweet iced tea is a no-no unless I decide to drink it sweetened with real sugar. That said, I've been loving Bigelow Herbal Tea, particularly the Peach flavor. I fill up a 24 ounce insulated cup (with a…

I tried Truvia about a year ago and thought it was super nasty. Three weeks ago, I gave up aspartame and sucralose sweetened foods/drinks. I now use Stevia in the Raw (in the little packs) and I'm thrilled that I can NATURALLY sweeten things without putting poisons in my body. I've never seen the liquid form of stevia yet.

My most favorite cotage cheese is the breakstone 1/2 cup serving cups. I love to take one of those and eat alone or mix in a bowl of plain oatmeal. It looks like baby puke, but it's so good!!!

I believe it is and I've recently learned that binging and then purging is actually counter-intuitive to what one would think about "getting rid of the consumed food". Check out my recent post for the details.

I agree, but I do miss the whole free foods idea...vegetables, and now free fruits.

Holly, thank you so much for your sweet post and for sharing your painful experience in hopes that it would help me. I will certainly make "no alcohol" as my first step in a healthier me.

Hi there, good luck to you in your career goals as well as your weight loss goals. I'm a 36 y/o working mom too. I have a 7 year old daughter and a 3.5 year old son (and 2 7 month old Beagle puppies). I also have a long commute as does my husband. I have joined a gym and I try to go directly after work at least once per…

Good luck. Every meal is a struggle, so I'm trying to take it one meal at a time. :)

I think it might also depend on how you delivered. I have 2 kids (both c/sections). I am by no means near my goal weight, but once I get there, I'll be having scar revision surgery aka tummy tuck. This will be the only way to flatten my tummy.
