Hi, newbie to dieting!

Hi!
Little back story:
from about the age 16-24 i was a happy size 14-16. Now i'm just 34 and almost a size 20! and not happy
I have a tendancy to binge eat, mostly when feeling stress or feeling a bit down. I also suffer from IBS-mostly dairy induced(meh)

Anyway, the latest attack of IBS has made my mind up to change my diet for the better and lose some weight.

My sister in law actually introduced me to my fitness pal via her iphone. What i really like is that it's quick and easy and i don't have to work out the calories and as i always have my phone on me -then i always have My Fitness Pal on me!

So, wish me luck and look forward to chatting on the forum

    I think you will enjoy this site, both for motivation and caloric insite into what you eat. Be patient and start some mid-term planning so you make responsible choices.

    Good luck. Every meal is a struggle, so I'm trying to take it one meal at a time. :)
