Hi all,

I'm very super duper new here. I'm 36 years old, but want to be 36 years young. I'm a married fulltime working mom of 2 kids (ages 7 and 3.5). I love food and love my wine. I try to work out 2-3 days a week (an hour each time) but sometimes find it difficult. I consider myself a food addict and I jones for sweets and carbs a lot!!! I have a long history with Weight Watchers but for some reason now in my life, I can't get it anymore with WW. I totally believe the plan is incredible, but I firmly believe with all other weight loss plans, the premise is the same; it's just approached differently.

My beloved and incredible sister turned me on to My Fitness Pal so here's hoping this will be my umph!!!

Welcome! You'll love MFP. I'm a seasoned WW member too but this site is so much easier to track food and the support is unbelieveable. You'll love it! Good luck!
Feel free to add me. :)
  • Hi, I am new here also, I am trying a modified low carb eating plan, I hear your body gets used to exercise and diets easy, you have to switch it up to rev up the engine. Good luck !

Welcome. Use the money you will save on WW and buy yourself some new clothes as you lose the weight, I find rewarding myself with new clothes is best encouragement ever to stay on track!
