Same thing happened to me awhile back and I gave in to peer pressure and kept drinking. Then a bit later same friend wanted to diet and quit. That pi$$ed me off!

AHHH must be Kentucky!!! I'm a Ky girl living in Florida... Where I live it's beautiful all the time! Palm trees, the most beautiful sunrises and sunsets, beautiful white sandy beaches! I am in Southwest Florida. Moved almost exactly 1000 miles last October.

When I was 18 my mom would ground me for the wknd if I didn't lose so much weight each week. I was 200. Got down to 170. I am now 275 and 35 yo.

I weigh every day - keeps me focused! I know it is not going to drop every day, but I love seeing the numbers gradually go down. When I used to weigh once a week I'd lose focus and gain.
