100 Calorie rye sandwich thins. I eat a healthy sandwich with one of these at lest 4-5 days each week.

These are made with my regular rye bread recipe, and I simply portion 1.5oz of dough then roll out about 4-5". Let rise for 45 minutes then bake for 13-15 minutes.

    Testing, 1, 2, 3. Testing.

Chicken breast grilled that was marinated in a little of Ken's Steahouse Northern Italy dressing, with capreses salad with tomatoes and basil from the garden and cucumbers (from the garden) mixed with fage fat free greek yogurt and dill (from the garden). Delicious and in my calorie range and a glass of wine!

My customers brought me a couple of fried bream. I had just about gave up on them and was making a chicken breast sandwich, stir-fry, mixed veggies and cucumber when they brought it up to my office. So I ate both.

I had the same problem when I tried to link to photos I put in an album on PhotoBucket. When I moved the pics from the album to the main library it worked fine.

    Nice looking pie.

To post a photo you copy the image URL from the host site. Then put img between these 2 brackets [ ]. Paste the saved URL, followed by /img between these 2 brackets [ ]. It is clunky to start with, but after a while it's 2nd nature.

    Larro

    thank you :)

Corn on the cob and a turkey meatball sandwich with coleslaw on a sprouted grain English muffin. Later I had cottage cheese and cantaloupe for dessert.

A summer sandwich... Sprouted grain bread toasted with beefsteak tomato slices, avocado, mayonnaise, salt&pepper. Also a side of sliced Korean summer melons. Definitely screams summer. :)
