    wow! what a change. And you went to the gym just to get out of the house. I know I went to the gym for some social life and thought I might meet some nice people, the lady I worked with was so private and unfriendly and I ended up getting with it and loved Zumba and started watching my foods, it is like the people rub off on you, their attitudes or something.
