Cherries12345: I am in the exact same boat as you. I blamed last week on a "lady issue". But I have nothing to blame this week on except for poor planning and laziness. We can both dedicate this week to being as healthy, dedicated and determined as we can be! We can do this!

I went the wrong way this week. It's okay b/c it's that TOM and I always bump up 5 pound for about a week then it drops back off plus more.

LooMs like everyone is starting out great. Good job everyone! I stuck to my personal goal yesterday and logged all my foods. I also made it to the gym.

Today is a new day. Maybe keep some flavored sparkling water around in place of coke. Coke will make you crave and also cause you to crash a few hours after drinking it. You can do this!

Oh I love the Arc Trainer!!!!!1 I tried the elliptical but hated it. I usually do and hour on the trainer.

Happy August 1st everyone! I'm very excited about this challenge. I believe it's what I need to get motivated again. I just had breakfast and will be off to the gym! How is everyone planning to spend today in healthy way?

A good tip on how to shred chicken to save time if you cook chicken breast in the crockpot use a hand mixer to shred it. It literally take under 60sec to do so and you do it while its hot. Other meat should work too.
