Today I finished day 3 of 30 day shred and day 2 of 6 week six pack abs. It's pretty fun. I'm excited to see my results. I am trying to get out of "skinny fat" land and into lean and strong. Feel free to add me anyone who is doing the 30 day shred or 6 week six pack abs. =)

I do and it works. Dieting is completely restricting yourself of things most (if not all, lol) food you enjoy and most are likely to fail. With In vs Out you can enjoy things in moderation.

I'm the same way. I gave up on planned rest days. I do some type of exercise everyday (bothers me if I don't) but I don't overdo myself when I exercise and some days are lighter than others. I'd love to run everyday but I know my body needs to recoup so I cross train on the days I don't run.

I love the treadmill but I can see how you could get bored with it. I'll do a quick warm up, 6mph 10 minute mile, quick cool down and hop off. A few hours later I'll do it again, or maybe a 2 mile run at a slower speed. I like that I can just hop on and off with ease. When I jog outside it's like a whole process...drive to…

Trust your HRM. Pre-determined calorie counts are just averages. They cannot tell how hard you are pushing yourself but your HRM can. Keep an eye on your HR as you exercise and you will notice immediately if it's off. Like for example my HR dropped from 168 to 79 because my chest strap needed to be adjusted.

I agree with Cara and suggest FitnessBlender on Youtube. Youtube has a ton of at home exercises. I do a bunch of different ones. I also like Kpop-especially the Hot Minute routine. =)
