  • Raw food week (or weeks) is a great detox. No processed foods (breads/rices) and nothing cooked (some people do 75% raw instead of totally... so they'll have one cooked item per meal). But fruits + veggies + green tea + water = higher fiber = body cleaning I do them at least once a year. They're awesome.

  • I also worked out & ate before grocery shopping. I bought snacks, but stuck to crasins & carrots b/c I'd feel so motivated and fulfilled while at the store. I was still in workout/healthy mindset so I didn't even think to look in the junk aisle.
