It really is a developmental thing in that you are "removing" part of their body. Nails while asleep....maybe take him to a kids cuts' place that has movies and special chairs.....we have a few here in GA....they are awesome..... Good luck...entirely normal!!

Get on what ever vehicle you can find and ride it like the wind.....i'll be up 530ish to do 3-4miles and my body pump----i 'spect you will find your way!!

Just take it one day at a time.....set small goals.....and track your food. The best thing you can do is know what you are putting in your body. Soon you'll be ready to exercise and keep it going. How about this..... your body is smart enough that it holds on to "necessities" fat and water first and foremost.....but also "energy sources" If it senses that it isn't getting enough, it begins to hold onto what it needs....if you cut fat completely out of your diet....your body will hold onto the fat you already have;…

thanks....I know I can get out there and do cardio....but it is really going to be a challenge....the dynamics of the group don't hold much for 'healthy eating" consistently.... I will just keep moving on the beach...playing or walking!!!!!!

:drinker: yeah....alchohol is the killer for my diet every weekend.....i've been losing the same 2-4 lbs for about 2 mths....but before my fitness pal.....i was 8 lbs heavier...... but jeezel pete....1/2 bottle of bailey's must've been tons of calories.... chaulk it up to good times and get back on track!!!
