OK...this monday-friday NO EATING OUT OF CONTAINERS!!....we all munch while we fix ours or our kids lunch, while cooking dinner, sneaking a handful of this to get us thru....none of that this week!!! Good luck!!

I am back for the new year!

Ok....so summer is pretty much over here in the south....kids going back to school soon, no more extended trips..... My stomach thinks we're still on vacation
I just ate lunch...sandwich, grapes, 1/2 serving of cheetos---470 calories......and I am still hungry! Really hungry!! It was my hopes to eat super low cals for a day or two to get back on track....but I don't know if I can do that.....i am CRAVING carbs!!! UGGGHHHH...need to get out of house!

I have a hard time mentally giving up exercise for a rest day......I KNOW I should.
