Monday Challenge 7/14 check in

Alright ladies......How did we do?
I did pretty good on my food sunday....walk/ran 6 miles:happy: But had some drinks w/ friends....didn't go over too much but I think saturday blew my weekend....let an emotional situation get to me.....ate not a lot but the wrong things......
And my monthly bill is due--today or tomorrow----:grumble:
NO EXCUSES....I am up 2lbs from friday.:ohwell:
I REALLY enjoyed checking in with ya'll over the weekend.....it was great to hear everyone making the right choices or getting back on track after a particular day or meal. Congratulations to us.....it's the little steps that get us to where we want to be!!!

Sorry I didn't check in over the weekend.
Today was the official weigh in for boot camp. With my clothes on (no shoes or socks) I am at 129 which I think is down because at home with no clothes on I had weighed 129. I didn't log my food but I tried to make better choices so hopefully I will lose another 6 lbs from this bootcamp and be closer to my goal of 115 lbs.0 -

I did pretty good over the weekend...went a little ove ron my cals but spend some extra time on the treadmill
I just realized this am after weighing in, that I hit my goal in May...and have gone up and down a pound or so since....so..pretty good...0 -
Good Morning...
Overall, I did well this weekend minus the piece of wedding cake I had on Saturday. I still managed to stay within my calories and I exercised each day! Keeping this challenge in mind really helped me stick to the fresh fruit and veggies at the wedding on Saturday.

Good morning! My weekend was a success! Friday I stayed in my limit and that was even without exercising that day. Saturday I took a 1 hour spin class in the morning, ate well all day, then had a chocolate bar (still WELL within my limits, but felt bad so went for a 2 mile walk with the dogs). I had a BBQ that night and ate a small bit of everything, a burger with no bun, and then a slice of my mom's pie for dessert (that was the bad part) and 1 red apple sangria (not too terrible calorie wise). I don't think I went over, but wasn't sure how to count everything...I estimated. But I had all those extra calories for the day from my workout! Sunday I did great. Went on a 2 mile walk again with the dogs and cleaned the house. Stayed well within my calorie limit for the day! And I weighed in this morning and am down 1.5 pounds from last week! YAY!!!! SO SUPER EXCITED!!!!!! Success for the weekend! Haven't had that in a while!!!
