  • Congratulations! You look amazing!
  • look at old pictures of myself and remind myself what I'm working for... and why I want it.
  • Pretty expressive eyes, pretty face :-) you look thoughtful in your picture
  • you can do it! I started at 278 just over a year ago. My husband used to be a big regular coke drinker but switched to Coke Zero and now he drinks nothing but Zero. Try that and see how that goes. MFP has definitely helped me make better food choices, especially at restaurants. Make sure you're also exercising. Good luck!
  • I enter it as aerobics, high impact.
  • what do you call a fish without eyes? FFFSSSSHHHH *meant to be said outloud, it will make you giggle*
  • the MFP app is my lifesaver regarding counting calories. 50 lbs used to seem like a miracle to me but I long since passed that. It's totally doable.
  • you can do it, you just have to make the conscious decision. I still go drinking but not as often. When I do, I make smarter drink choices... like a vodka tonic v. vodka cranberry. Juice = even more calories... Plus I find if the drink is less tasty then I find I nurse it more and consume less alcohol in general.
  • Congratulations!! You are doing an amazing job!
  • idk if this is why.... but the last couple of times I hit that point I took a week off from working out. The next week I kicked it back into gear and the weight loss resumed. Good luck! You'll get past it!
  • Jello Chocolate Mousse cups are my absolute favorite desert. 60 cals and I get my chocolate fix... Sometimes I'll melt 1tbs peanut butter and mix it with regular 60 cal chocolate pudding. It's gotten to be my ice cream substitute...
  • I use my Zumba usually at least 3 days a week! I LOVE it! But I love dancing. :-) Haven't tried any others... Wii Fit is too expensive.
  • Try Bob Harper's Yoga for the Warrior! It's fantastic for cardio and strength training.
  • just budget it into your daily calories... I start most days with a Nutrigran Eggo Waffle with a tbs of whipped peanut butter for breakfast and my daily intake is 1280 without exercise. 1 tbs of Peter Pan whipped is 75 cals.
  • I think I figured it out... April 2010 and April 2011 comparison
  • Thank you so much for all the kind words! I'd post a before and after but I'm not sure how... I've really been on the "eat better and exercise" plan... you all probably know that's extremely difficult to stick to. I wrote up a blog post a bit ago about my journey http://www.myfitnesspal.com/blog/g8rlex Yesterday was a…
  • I live in Orlando Florida and my husband and I have passes to Universal. I remember at my biggest having to move to the modified seat on one of the roller coasters. Needless to say, I was mortified and kind of just refused to go back to the park after that. Last summer they opened the Wizarding World of Harry Potter and I…
  • I've been planning to do the same thing. :-) I'm down 75 lbs and I have about 30 to go... After searching for a symbol that would mean something in this whole weight loss struggle, I've decided I'm going to get a Koi fish. According to Japanese legend, if a koi succeeded in climbing the falls at a point called Dragon Gate…
