  • "New things" usually aren't worth your time...just stick to the "old things" like counting calories and exercising, and you'll lose weight and feel great!

  • I love it! It's great for all levels because you can adjust your intesity as you go. I burned almost 930 calories last night in 45 minutes!
  • I would measure out a dry portion, cook it, and see how much it is cooked. That way you'll know for sure.
  • You can't go by what others say for a running shoe because all of our feet are so different. Your best bet is to go to a store that specializes in running shoes and get someone who knows what they are doing to fit you. It's a good idea to take your current worn-out shoes in, too, so they can see how you wore them.

  • I will join you on the 30 Day Shred! I have also started it several times, but keep not following through! I have completed C25K...it's such a great program!! I'm now working on the Bridge to 10K, and a friend is trying to convince me to do a 5 mile race with her next weekend. We'll see about that!!!
  • Sounds like you might have shin splints. There are stretches you can do to help. You can probably find some online. I had this problem when I started running. Keep going.
