I had a setback in June for about 4 weeks, I continued eating the way I did and eventually the scale started dropping again

Sorry everyone, I got caught up with something Yup, I obsessively counted calories every day I'm doing SL 5x5, it helps losing weight and gave me a decent amount of muscle @hedean One day I just decided to do it

I'm currently at 179 My original goal weight was 190, and that didn't turn out well I'll have to reassess at 170, but if what you're saying is true, maybe 160-65 doesn't sound too skinny at all

First if all, that's .67 pounds per week, which isn't awful Secondly, measure your food and count everything you eat, you can be miscounting your calories Losing weight is a very slow process, stop expecting immediate results
