I need some help and suggestions. I have hit my all-time highest weight. I need to lost about 30 pounds. I once lost about 25 five years ago on weight watchers, but it all went back on and more. I feel like I have no willpower. Would love to hear any ideas for how to find the willpower I once had.

Haunt the success story page..haunt the popular blog posts.you will see people with spine surgery, major accident survivors, cancer survivors,Lyme disease, major physical, social and psychological setbacks rising from the ashes and making a better life for themselves.it's not just about weight loss but their journey (however cliched that may sound) in itself is full of awesomeness!

If you want it really bad, you'll do it. If you don't want it, you won't make it.
It's that simple0
