Why eat 500-700 calories when you can be eating about 1450 and have the same effect? Eating that little of calories is going to make you tired, hungry, grouchy, and overall turns into a disaster. I guarantee it won't make you happy. And I'm a recovering ED teenager, just take my advice. (:

I a 5'6" and I maintain about 115lbs with about 1500 calories. But the scale won't read 115 lbs everyday. It'll be anywhere from 114 - 117 because weight fluctuates like crazy. But at the end of the week, my average is 115 lbs.

Oatmeal with 2 tablespoons of peanut butter, cinnamon and maple, and a packet of splenda. All mixed up. Or a clif bar and 5 dates/prunes. Really, any type of breakfast (meal) bar is great for me. It's quick, delicious, filling, satisfies cravings for something sweet.

Sometimes I'll pull a grape or two from the refrigerator when I open it up and look at what is inside, and I'll happily eat it without logging it, I mean, it's one or two grapes.
