I went from a continuous 115lbs to a 120 in a couple days. Didn't increase calories. Just may not be eating healthy calories. I'm the only one that eats in public.
I understand that my irrational worriedness is mostly just from being self conscious and being very aware of myself, but I still find this kind of upset. I go to lunch and dinner with the same group of girls everyday. They usually order the same thing that I do, but they eat just a few bites and throw the rest away. By a…

College dorm (no equipment) exercises!
I usually take fitness classes at the local YMCA, but with a mild case of bronchitis it has been recommended that I do not partake in the more intense physical activities that occur there. I'd like to go ahead and do more simple workouts and exercises while in my college dorm. I wouldn't be bothering anybody else, as I get…

Eating protein bars when not working out
I eat and enjoy eating protein bars because I can get them cheap, they are filling, convenient for a quick breakfast/snack, and are very delicious to me. They satisfy cravings for anything sweet. I drink about a cup or two of coffee per day when I wake up and sometimes in the afternoon when I am bored and don't want to snack. Pig in a blanket! It's for dinner. :)
Excited to make these tonight. I'm sure a lot of people already know the recipe, but I'll post what I use anyways. So, you need Pillsbury crescent rolls. Either hot dogs or mini smokies for the inside, and you can add cheese too. Wrap them up, and bake for about 15 minutes on 375 F. Yummy!

Your comfort food?!
What is your favorite "comfort" food? Ever find a healthier version? Mine is definitely tuna casserole and mashed potatoes. Did I find a healthier version? For me, I felt like there was no need to fix anything that wasn't broken. I still enjoy my comfort food.

Anyone else struggle with this?
I wake up in the morning thinking "I will have a good day because I will listen to my body and I will eat when I need it, and not stuff my face." I do fine until about 7 pm. I get bored. I see a box of granola bars or some other little snack and think "it won't hurt to have just one, though." Like three of them later, plus…
