College dorm (no equipment) exercises!

I usually take fitness classes at the local YMCA, but with a mild case of bronchitis it has been recommended that I do not partake in the more intense physical activities that occur there.

I'd like to go ahead and do more simple workouts and exercises while in my college dorm. I wouldn't be bothering anybody else, as I get my own room to myself.

Any ideas for no equipment exercises, or tips from anybody that does the same?

    Yoga or stretching could be some possible solutions. Just make sure that you are very aware of your limits and take breaks as needed. There are several great youtube yoga videos and stretching guides.
