What is your favorite "comfort" food? Ever find a healthier version?

Mine is definitely tuna casserole and mashed potatoes. Did I find a healthier version? For me, I felt like there was no need to fix anything that wasn't broken. I still enjoy my comfort food.

    cheese and bean pasties, absolutely love them but can't find any healthy substitutes so I've sworn off them until i reach my target weight.
