Just found this group! Great to see a lot of people with similar goals. I am 5'6" and have almost reached my goal weight, once I reach my goal its just about toning up and getting to be all muscle. I also am sick of the eye-rollers! Great to meet you all. Feel free to add me too :)

The place Im going is like a medical spa type place...not a drs. office. I seem to read different things, and I hate not tipping appropriately. Plus I bought it using groupon, and would feel worse not tipping when I paid so little for the service.

I've used lettuce as the taco shell....like a lettuce wrap...but if you can find the low calorie options everyone is talking about (which I have never seen and will keep my eye open for), they sound like a great idea!

Im not too worried about the quick part. I want to do this long term, and maintain what I do. Im trying to change my lifestyle, and am happy to do it slow and steady. But I am doing so successfully while eating them back.

I did not have tonnes of weight to lose, and Im sure what works is different for each person. But I know for me, I am losing weight while eating back my exercise calories. It only makes sense to me. I know I am burning, and trying to build muscles, and get healthier, so when I burn them, my bodies needs more fuel just to…

I was just looking for some more friends who eat back their workout calories, and try to eat a healthy amount of food every day. I find it hard to have so many friends who eat around 800-100 calories and workout and burn 600 in a day. I just don't see how they can survive on such a little amount of food.

Greek yogurt really helps me out. Its high in protein, and you can get flavours that have some immediate sugar in them. Really makes me feel better.

I weigh myself every morning (post-bathroom, pre-breakfast) and type it into the system. I like to watch how my trend changes. It bounces up and down quite a bit on a day to day basis....but it is clearly a downward sloping average...which is nice see....helps keep me positive. I do have to work a bit on not getting…

Im also in grad school, post comps, and taking an extra year! (Not a mom yet....but understand the work and school pressures). I sent you a request! More support is always helpful!

Some people find it very hard to be supportive, when they dont want to make changes themselves. I think you just really have to try and be OK with the fact that you will not get support from everyone. Be happy with yourself, for the good choices you make, the changes, and improvements. I know its hard. Thats why you have…

Yes. On the top of the site there is settings. Under that click on diary settings, and in there you will see Diary Sharing. Hope that helps!

^^^^ Thats true too. Take breaks....... I modify when I can, but rest when I can't. And days of recovery are a great thing.

I was born in Calgary, but lived in Quebec City for a while, spent most of my life in Montreal, and now am in Toronto. So happy to meet you all :D

I went to a bootcamp class a couple of weeks ago. I used to actually be quite in shape and was even doing p90x, a terribly hard work out video, but let myself slip. So I go to this class, and I seriously thought I was on an episode of punk'd. Like everyone was doing everything, and I was going to die. I was so sick, tired,…
