Thanks for the above comment as well as those of carlxo21's DD sis. I've been wishing I would not loose weight in my boobs as the scale keeps going down, but you've made me realize that I have it pretty good. :D

I ditto what 123456654321 and Evarell said; it appears that you copied from dictionary.com but did exapand and copy the last line: "ANY book, reference work, periodical, etc., accepted as authoritative, informative, or reliable."

Thanks so much for your comments. I agree that it is important for folks who are just starting out to log all calories burned - especially if they are trying to go from couch potatos to at least doing some laundry or something. This will help them to see what they are NOT doing and how doing SOMETHING physical could help.…

It was hard for me at first too since I don't exercise a lot. I started reviewing my food log to see what high calorie offenders there were within each meal and I would cut down on those items or cut them out. It will get easier to cut down on the things you love in time - especially when you start to see pounds coming…
