I am 6 foot 8, and weigh 232. My goal is 215, but these last 17 pounds are very hard to get off.

For the month of February, I walked 302,787 steps or 151 miles, for an average of 5.4 miles per day.

I see it every day. I am 6 foot 8, and now weigh 228 pounds. I want to lose another 18, and everyone has told me that I am too skinny now.

It works, but you have to weigh your food, log everything, and become more active. Most of all, you have to want to change. You have to want to be more healthy.

Everyday, right after I wake up, I only count the Saturday weighing for my offical weight loss.

Sure, Please add me, I have lost 63 pounds since March 2014, and I love this site. I have hypothyroid, and I have more energy and drive then I have ever had. I would love to help 2 or 3 people get fit. I still have about 15 pounds to drop, so lets do this.

6 foot 8, was 289pounds, now 240pounds,, lets go...want to be at 225 by the end of the year.

Log everything, and log in daily. Stay active.

You can do this,

Log you food and exercise everyday, and log in every little piece of food. If you do this, it will get to a point that this is easy, and really starts to become fun. We are all in this together. Good Luck,
