I need friends to help me make healthy choices

HI ya'll my name is Erika... and I really need to find ways to stop eating so much good food.... I need to keep my calories intake down.... I dnt eat much junk food but I do eat way too much.... Help!!!!!!! :ohwell:

    Eat big, workout big :bigsmile:
    I love to eat great food.
    Sometimes I fine dine with my family, sometimes I eat junk food, drink beer & wine also.
    I eat a lot :tongue:

    But I also exercise hard to burn it.

    Have you tried making your meals ahead of time in portions. When I find something I LOVE I will eat it all day, but I find if I make it in portion size I don't over eat as much.
  • I'm new here too and am looking to build my friendship base as well. Maybe if we all work together we can make better food choices. It can be so difficult some days. In my case I have 2 teens in the house, and one is on a weight gain / maintenance program as she struggles to keep the weight on. The trick is buying her foods that don't tempt me, but keep her from being under weight - so unfair. LOL.
