Marriage is about relating to each other, working TOGETHER for goals, keeping each other put first. I hate to say it & I know its scary...but obviously you have expressed your wishes. Time to let go, heal, & find a person with similar goals. It isn't too much to ask for.

=) I really don't eat much cheese...maybe a few slices a week. I don't drink milk...I use Silk. No dairy, as I've gotten older I'm a little intolerant. I bought 2 big bags of cherries last night. ate probably 2 or 3 cups fulls last night.

I don't know about for weight, but I know that it works for warts. Just put a small cotton ball with apple cider vinegar on it with a band aid for a few weeks...warts will go away.

Lol...since April I've been paying a plastic surgeon...as incentive to me...I've lost 30lbs so far....$7200 for them...I get them next month! I won't be at my goal weight yet...but I should be pretty close. Went & paid $500 today as a matter of fact, lol!

Yes...I've lost 30lbs & still losing ...walk @ 30min of the 2hrs a day I wk out. I wk out 6 days a wk unless something cones up (sick kids) where I can't get to the gym however I have shred & walking dvds @ hone when i,can't go

First...if you're going to log your exercise calories...invest in a HRM! I personally feel it's the ONLY way to get a close value of what you've really burned. Never had the chocolate (yet). Drink the Silk Light Vanilla & use it for smoothies....mmmmmm! Made a smoothie the other day for the hubby "diet style" & he didn't realize there wasn't any sugar much less soy. He swore it tasted like a blizzard from DQ, lol! Low calories, delicious, & curbs the sweet tooth!

How am I doing? 563 calories burned I'm gym earlier, getting ready to head back to gym. Called to make apt with a trainer to add a good circuit of weights to my Cardio workout so hopefully will see her in next cpl of days.
