I have both up still. i am ok with who i was was when i weight more, but much prouder of the person i am now. they serve as a reminder to myself of how far i have come.

Both. she is happy that i am being healthy but doesn't always cook that way. In the end, it's my job to make sure that i don't over eat what she cooks.

I did hit my original goal weight. 5'9 170. Going on two months of staying at that weight:) I weight less then i have since i was 19. it can be done.

Mine is to small to wear when i work out. (slips off) i think i am going to get a necklace to wear it with, and then get a second ring that actually fits. I'm also a guy and my ring isn't nearly as expensive as my wife's. lol I look at as a NSV.

I managed a coffee/ice cream place when started on the internet back in 1996. so that is where polar came from. and the numbers well, 1+2=3+2 =5 so 135.

Not doomed. You just have to decide when you want to quit and then doit. i personally hit my weight loss goal first, then started trying to quit. I used chantix to quit, but thats not for everyone. If i had to go back, i would have quit and continue to diet.

I'm at 170 and at my original goal and in a healthy Bmi range, but my goals have changed now and plan to build muscle and tighten up around the edges. Winter I'll stay at this weight range summer I'll try to get down to 160 to see how it feels.

wraps or low calorie bread is my favorite thing. (you can find some bread that is only 45 calories per slice.)

ummmm, like 15 Captain Morgans and diet. (unlimited food and drink at the place we went to.) Had a shuttle back to our hotel for the night. Epic night, and not to hung over today. (heck even got my workouts in!)

That even after you hit goal, you still log your food just to make sure you stay @ your target weight!!!!!

Do the work. Do the logging; If you follow the plan and do the work and the plan works.

Start off slow. Do ten minutes, and build up; As you work out more, you get a high when you do it. Plus if i work out i get to eat more since i worked out and that's a huge bonus for me.
