Once a week on Saturday morning. If I lost weight during the week it will encourage me not to eat to much over the weekend. If I lost little it will also encourage me not to eat to much over the weekend. Works for me.

I think you look great. I noticed on my face that it looks nicer, fuller when I am a bit heavier. I liked the look. After I lost 10 lbs I could tell the change and don't like it so much.

Wouldn't it be a good idea to see a doctor before starting any diet? I did and can stay on the 1200 calorie diet.

I usually don't eat breakfast but today I was up at 5:40 a.m. and had an instant oatmeal with a bit cinnamon in it, coffee and two cups of green tea. Skipped my morning snack for it.

And I just ate a Graham Snacker with peanut butter and grape jelly totaling up to 290 calories. That was my lunch. Very filling that peanut butter.
