I'm 5'8, 130 pounds and I am currently maintaining at 2,000 calories a day. That's even if I don't exercise. If I do exercise, I will eat them back depending on how I'm feeling. Usually in foods I crave like Snicker bars and Ben and Jerrys.

Relate!^^ I bought a swimsuit recently from the website and although it fits, I know it could look and fit a lot better. I actually have it hung up by my mirror in my room as a motivation/reminder of why the f I'm doing this! I also just really want to be able to run without so much jiggling!

They all look god to me! You have to go what works for you. Personally smoothies were never enough for me! I always felt hunger about a half hour after eating one no matter what I put in it.

Yogurt! I make "proyo," yogurt cups using Greek yogurt and sugar free jello pudding mix. Most of the time I just use vanilla flavored. I mix a serving on it in a cup of plain and fat free Greek yogurt.

I never pay any attention to sugar. I eat a lot of it and even did during the months I was losing weight. I eat a banana and apple, I'm over my sugar goal. I eat a cowl of boo berry cereal with milk and I'm over. Like other people have said, unless you have to, pay no mind to sugar.

Last year they had candy corn flavored Oreos and thru were incredible! I've seen the pumpkin spice, Halloween orange colored and even Carmel Apple but no candy corn. Come back to me candy corn flavored goodness
