    go for the eggs-

    oi have to have protein in the morning

    typical bfast for me is a 3 egg white sandwich on eng muffin with salsa & spicy colby jack cheese

    ( 234 calories & 16 gm protein, 3.5 gm fat )

    They all look god to me! You have to go what works for you.

    Personally smoothies were never enough for me! I always felt hunger about a half hour after eating one no matter what I put in it.

    Thanks everyone I usually alternate but Ive always wondered what was better, I generally prefer the eggs :-)
