Get a Fitbit! Set a goal and keep going into until your goal is reached :) that is how I motivate myself to run, haha. I use the Flex and it vibrates when I reach my goal, so then I stop and head home

Boiled cauliflower with some white sauce and maybe a bit of cheese on top. Anything creamy and warm definitely comforts me :)

Good for you for thinking about your actions and writing them down. You are definitely not weak, this is strength. You should be proud of yourself.

Bump, this looks good!!

No such thing as a boost that will actually last! Keep doing what you are doing. I like to think the longer it takes to lose the weight, the longer it will stay off :)

yum bump!

Hi guys! I was 152.4 pounds and now I am 134 pounds. 135 pounds was my goal, and now I would really like to see 128, but if I don't it is OK- I just want to keep myself motivated to maintain this lifestyle :). I was 132 pounds last week, but I've been exercising a lot and may be retaining some water weight at the moment.
-
Hey guys I haven't lost anything, I may have actually gained a pound or two but I can't tell if it's water weight right now. I've been being very active lately and eating under calories so I'm fine with it! Today- 134 pounds
-
I am definitely in! I'd love to lose nine pounds but I'll settle with 6 pounds. The scale doesn't want to budge anymore so I need extra motivation!
-
I'm 20, add me!

My fiance's birthday led to lots of cake and goodies around the house. I just replaced an afternoon snack with a treat, or another meal with a treat. I also worked out more. And made sure I had low cal popcorn and fruit if I got hungry!

I totally agree!! So overdone. And that Skyfall song... arghhh

When I was 150 pounds I was in size 10 pants and M or L shirts. I am 5'7
