I pretty much like any candy, but chocolate is my favorite. I second that.... "Nothing tastes as good as being skinny feels" I think of that when I'm about to indulge in something totally yummy and naughty. If I truly want it at that moment more than I want to fit in my jeans, then fine. But most of the time, the jeans win out.

I log every little bit. And i find this makes me more accountable. I think "do I really want to eat this? Because if I do, I have to log it...and that will count toward my overall totals." One idea for the rest of you: I love the Ferrara Pan Jaw Breakers...you can have 3 for only 90 calories. They give me that sweetness I need and keep my mouth busy for a while!!

Don't you hate that??? Drives me nuts! Don't dwell on the two that didn't fit...revel in the pair that looked great! Good for you that you fit in a pair your thought would surely be too small!! Well, I started MFP about 3 weeks ago and my initial goal was set at 1.5 pounds per week. I had about 10+ pounds to lose and this gave me 1200 calories per day!! YES!! I have like 8,000 recipes bookmarked...one day I'll get around to actually making some of them...but, yes...many look like total calorie bombs. Maybe we load the recipes onto MFP to see the calorie count...then decide how much activity it would take to burn off a serving.. puts it in perspective!! Oh well....LOOKING…
