Thanks! I stopped using the Dairy, because I felt like either my intake, or outtake calories (and maybe both) wasn't being calculated properly. I have dropped a few more pounds after I stop using the dairy. How was your workout today?

I live and die by these things! I love them. I mix mines with OJ. Recently, I switched it up and I Mix a Bottle of Regular OJ, w/ a Bottle of 50% less Calories OJ to make my smoothies with. Tatse is the same, but with less calories.

Between 16 and 20 pounds in. Sometime after the 20 pounds mark, I had someone ask if I were gaining weight! lol I normally wear baggy clothes and they seen me in a Tank Top only. (Thats the only way I can explain it)
