I wanted to see if any of the Workout Gurus here could give me a good estimate of Calories burned on the following 3 workouts:

50 x 5 Workout

50 Burpees
50 Push-Ups
50 Sit-ups
50 Squats
50 Jumping Jacks

50/25 x 5 Workout

RD1

50 Burpees
50 Push-Ups
50 Sit-ups
50 Squats
50 Jumping Jacks

RD2

25 Burpees
25 Push-Ups
25 Sit-ups
25 Squats
25 Jumping Jacks

300 Workout

25 Burpees
25 Mountain Climbers
25 Push-Ups
25 Jump Squats

x 3 Rounds

I don't own a HRM, so I'm am seeking opinions here.

Im 29 Yrs Old, 5-8, 236, Male.

Another question:

Do you think starting the workout with the most difficult exercise (tiring your self out) increases the Calorie burn for the rest of the workout?

Thanks.

log the time under circut training and that should give you a good esitmate...might be a bit high but at least you have a number...

HRM wouldn't work for this anyway...it is for steady state cardio.

Why wouldn't a HRM work for these workouts?

    Thanks
