x 3 Rounds

I don't own a HRM, so I'm am seeking opinions here.

Im 29 Yrs Old, 5-8, 236, Male.

Another question:

Do you think starting the workout with the most difficult exercise (tiring your self out) increases the Calorie burn for the rest of the workout?

Thanks.

log the time under circut training and that should give you a good esitmate...might be a bit high but at least you have a number...

HRM wouldn't work for this anyway...it is for steady state cardio.

Why wouldn't a HRM work for these workouts?

    Thanks
