This is taking a lot of courage to post, as I have never posted to any of these forums, I usually just look at them. But I figured I get very inspired by looking at all of you, so hopefully I can inspire someone.
I'm also not sure if I'm even posting these right, so bare with me I will try to fix it if it doesn't show up right.
I'm still a work in progress, have about 34 more pounds to go.
In both photogrids, the left picture was taken on February 3, 2014 at 169.2 pounds and a waste measurement of 35" and the right picture was taken June 6, 2014 at 155 pounds and a waste measurement of 31".
14.2 pound change, 4" waste change. Still have that muffin top, but as I said I'm a work in progress :blushing:
    I am 5'3"

Three pounds. 149 to 146. lol. I mean, they're not great before/afters. If I had thought about it I'd have taken one in a sports bra for before, but I didn't. And I didn't lose a lot of weight.

You can mostly see the results around the bottom of my butt/upper thigh. I lost about six inches off my hips, and though the measurement around my upper thigh hasn't changed, it's more "out back" instead of around the sides. So. That makes me happy. My back looks really good too, I should take a picture.

And these are about a year apart. I didn't really work on it the whole year though. We moved from Florida to Texas, and I did some slacking off in there.

    edit: woah. Large picture.

I'm up a bit after an exceedingly lazy winter then a Spartan injury, so in my current profile pic, from last night, I'm at about 165. Also, I'm 6'tall.

    After:

My lowest weight was 105 lbs. I am probably around 108 lbs in that pic.
I gained 15 lbs over the winter so I am currently trying to shed that weight (10 lbs left).

You look great in both photos, but it is wonderful you met your goal. Good for you.
