Ughhhh our FDA is filled with food company lobbyists and execs. They aren't concerned with our health at all, only that the companies that give them money get advanced so they can make MORE money. Why is a box of Fruit by the Foot cheaper than REAL fruit? Look no further than the drug pushers in the FDA :grumble:

If I'm gonna screw myself up, I'm going for the real stuff!! LOL However, I almost always drink water or coffee. I've never understood why people like to drink these things so much, when water makes you FEEL more hydrated. If I'm thirsty, I'm drinking water.

Are you logging all of your food? Because I took a peek at your diary and it looks like you're not consuming all the calories you need to in a day... When this happens your body goes into starvation mode and holds on to fat, not loses it.

I LOVE DOING THAT! I use plastic spoons instead of metal ones alot because they're a lot smaller. Especially when I eat yogurt... Makes it last a lot longer!

Ughhhh my roommates at school are ALWAYS drinking. I'm pretty sure that's how I gained so much weight lol That and the drunken trips to WaWa to get a ciabatta melt.... :blushing:
