I have completed Insanity and T25 before and I just started Insanity again last week. It's definitely not an easy workout but it works. I lost about 20 pounds my first time - but I also added to it. I've never owned a FitBit but I have had a Polar FT4 heart rate monitor for years and love it. I use it whenever I am working out, whether it be my Insanity or T25 dvd's, dancing with my Kinect or running.

I'm 5'3" and currently weigh about 128. I'd like to get back down to 118-120. Any smaller than that and I look too thin.

I usually eat the sweets and just fit them into my calories. Sometimes eating fruit helps too.

I also started T25 yesterday! I've done Insanity a few times and needed a change. I am loving it so far! I am a work-at-home mom of 5 so I am liking the shorter workouts. I still try to fit in something extra if the day allows but it's nice not to commit to a 60-90 minute workout everyday. I'm hoping to see some good…

Mine should get here today and I plan on starting on Monday. I have done Insanity a few times and I am really looking forward to changing things up a little.

My busy season with work is around the holidays, which means more time at my desk, less time for workouts, being lazy about tracking and eating way too much junk. I've only gained a few pounds back and as much as it sucks, at least I recognize what I need to change before it goes much further and I'm getting back on track.

Same here! I'm not really bored since I have a lot to do for work but I am definitely easily distracted and it doesn't help that my 2 year old is boycotting his nap today.
