i don't have much info for you but i know my sister just started this diet and said it is going to be really great for her.. she had lost 4 lbs almost immediately and was feeling better because she was eating what she should be... best of luck to you!

i've been told you are suppose to eat your calories on here because MFP( My fitness pal) already calculates them in for you. So you are suppose to come as close to what they say you should eat for the day. I am fairly new here as well.. hope you get some more help.. Good luck!
