I agree with this one. I watched this on Dr. Oz as well and I am going to try this too. Besides that I do B complex, B 12, and Vitamin D. Don't know if it boost my metabolism but it sure works for the energy.

Cardo Trainer (PRO, paid version). Works very well for me. Keeps track of your walk, run, jog, aerobics, etc... Anything Cardio. Keeps history, works well.

My fast walk and my "run" appears to be the same. I can "run" a mile just at 13 min. I wish I could run faster and if I keep trying, I'm sure I will drop that number. The thing is I feel really great when I do it so I am proud of the 13 min mile I can do. :)

Hi Mark. Im 41 and since the month of June this year I have lost maybe 30lbs. Keep at it. It's all about change of lifestyle. For me I had to completely change the way I live, not only the way I eat. Good luck, and remember, you can do it.
