I make things up, because I think everyone knows how to lose weight, they just get their hopes up with all the products out there. 'One may work, and I wont have to do anything, or wait a long time to see results. I'll just sit back and wait for someone to figure it out first.'

I love couch to 5k. I wasn't a runner 6 weeks ago, but I am on my way. Run anytime. I prefer running in the morning, because it helps me stick to my diet, I feel more energized, and I have time to relax after work.

How long did it take you to run the 5k? I'm only in Week 2, and I keep hearing of people repeating weeks because it gets difficult. I was wanting to be able to run a 5k in June.

I have an iphone and I use Get Running. It's the C25K program, just a different app for it. I like it. You can run itunes or pandora, and the voice will just lower your music for a min to tell you when to walk/run.
