I'm kinda new to calorie counting - in the past I have just tried to cut out all junk food and snacks and I'd just end up having mahoooosive binges so yeah i figure that obviously wasn't working. Plus I've recently given up smoking (about 3 months ago) and as i was giving up I think I felt that as I was doing so well and getting rid of one vice I could "treat" myself - stupid i know ( again massive binges of KFC, McDs and chineses). So now I'm up by 2 stone and ready to try and sort things out.
Any advice, support or tips would be amazing.

You've done the first step - recognized you need to change things.
And you've landed in a great place for support.
Just start off by tracking what you eat and tracking what you do for exercise. Stay in touch here, post every day, and as you notice what you're doing, you'll begin adjusting your behavior - what you eat and what you do.0 -
