My current favorite is Nuzest Clean Lean Protein http://www.nuzest.com/clean-lean-protein - I prefer a vegetable protein without a lot of added "stuff" or artificial sweetener. This one mixes really well (not chalky) and the flavors are great.

I used to eat the Yo-Baby Organic yogurt, no artifical sweetener and lower sugar.

I'm not one to "fad diet" but after hearing a lot of positive things about the blood-type diet, I tried it out for 30 days... wow - what a difference! I also used to be EXTREMELY lethargic, unmotivated, no energy, etc. Following the blood-type recommendations were fairly easy, but I don't follow it 100%. I am an 'A' blood…

I don't have a juicer so I do mine in the blender - 1/2 cup of either Naked Juice green goddess or blue machine, 3 cups of spinach, 4-5 stalks of kale, 1/2 a green apple, water as needed. Sometimes I add celery and/or cucumbers also. I like that I keep all the pulp versus just getting the juice, but either way is good.

It would be the honey/sugar in the Arizona tea causing the calories. Regular green tea alone has no calories.

Yo Baby brand is lower in sugar than most. I used to eat that one a lot. Some of the Greek yogurts are low in sugar as well.

I usually get the Petite Sirloin (6oz) with double brocolli no butter... Perfect MFP meal!

I vote for the 2nd one as well - it's amazing! Congrats!
