I like lemon yogurt, but it has to be tart- and the light variations aren't tart enough
( and the only SF sweetener my body can tolerate is Stevia), so I came up with my own.
Just wanted to share it.
1 c. plain nonfat yogurt ( I use Great Value most of the time)
3 pkg. True Lemon crystallized lemon ( if you don't want it this tart, use less)
1 pkg. Truvia
8 oz. = Cal. 110, Fat 0 g, Chol 10mg, Carbs 20g, Sugars 16g, Protein 11g, Sodium 150 mg.

True Lemon crystallized lemon- what is this?0

It is generally found with the sweeteners and/or the flavor packets you add to water. They are individual packets of pure lemon juice that's been crystallized- but there are no calories/sugar, <1 Carb.
Ingredients: Citric Acid, Evaporated Cane Juice, Lemon juice, Lemon Oil, Ascorbic Acid (Vit C)
They also make True Lime- just as yummy.
Great in water, tea or other recipes such as chicken and fish.0
