I don't put a lot of faith in The Guardian on a good day, but even these numbers seem a little... off.

Solid first post.

Hot dogs are about the most processed meat you can get but I highly recommend finding a good butcher. But im just echoing other posters, carry on. Edit: Im not saying processed is bad, lord knows I live on Pizza Rolls, but making a point.

I was telling a friend the other day who wanted to know ideas for cheap dinners that she needed to get eggs, when im broke ill live off of them (they are exactly $0.99 in my area per dozen) and she looked at me like I was CRAZY. She lives in Iowa and they are running like 3-4 dollars a dozen right now, blew my mind.

Psh, I wish I had that much fun yesterday. TNP thinks tomatoes are gross.

I eat el Monterey breakfast burritos almost every morning honestly. Maybe not the healthiest thing in the world but one is only 270 calories.

I used premium for awhile and resubscribed last month, mostly for the fact that I can have different daily calorie goals which just works better for my daily life and helps my mental sanity not to see that red number even though I know im allowed to go a little higher today with my food (I set my calories 200 higher on…

All of those things can be a bit difficult to estimate portion and calories sometimes so its very possible youre underestimating what youre eating. I know some days ill go scale free and I know my estimates are way off. Something to consider! :)

The biggest thing I do is I stop packing work snacks. Lately the office is almost always guaranteed to have some sort of donut or cookie concoction running around for Halloween so theres no need to pack the freezer meal I usually throw in the lunchbox.

Halestorm is AMAZING.

Ive never owned my own cat but ive had a few instances of neighborhood cats taking a liking to staying on my porch :) right now we have a lovely little tabby named Pumpkin that likes to sleep in the bed of my truck and tease my pups.

I like to hit around 1400-1500, and I struggle with that sometimes, I couldn't imagine limiting myself to 800 daily. I definitely recommend either upping your calories or double check that you are logging accurately, because maybe you are underestimating. Do you use a food scale?

I don't really do it with my food intake, but ive been "gamifying" my life for ages just to make myself a more organized person. Ive used Habitica (a productivity website) to organize my life for about 4 years now and it works on a reward system, and turns your life into an RPG. I didn't think it would work long-term but I…

Making a big crockpot soup at the beginning of the week and portioning it off and freezing it is my go-to right now, I just made Japanese mushroom soup the other day and it was fantastic :) Pinterest is your friend.

Its so interesting to see how 50/50 this thread is.

Strawberry fig newtons are my go-to right now! I also love just packing grapes to snack on.

I understand that youre trying to stick to the goal plan but were just suggesting that you can adjust that plan as needed without going over your calories, and you actually can even disable meal goals all together! But at your request, my go-to lunch lately is a whole wheat wrap, it has sautéed potatoes, Morningstar…

I will neither confirm or deny this.

Coming from a past of VERY VERY picky eating, ive done the exact same thing youre doing and its vastly improved my quality of life. For some people, expanding your palette is just needed in order to make food and weightloss easier and more interesting. Eating the same thing all the time can get redundant and redundancy…

Clearly an FBI agent, the numbers in your username are some sort of secret code, I know it!

I think stevia tastes the closest to real sugar, I love it! I also use splenda but that doesn't taste anything like real sugar lol. I just don't mind the taste personally.
