42 minutes on a stationary bike :) 9.44 miles! I was super happy with myself.

I have been using habitica religiously since I was 17, so that's going on seven years now. I use it to track almost everything in my life honestly, it really helps me keep my life together

I am super new to cycling but the exercise bikes at the gym have been the easiest exercise to do with my asthma, and I've totally fallen in love with it! My total goal for January is 60 miles, I am at 17.6 so I have some catching up to do! :)

I don't know the science behind it but personally when I drink diet soda I tend to hold on to a lot of water weight, its not an actual gain its just my body retaining fluid. Your body tends to drop that after while or at least it balances out.

I second wraps! I make whole wheat wraps with morningstar chik'n strips, chickpeas, lettuce or spinach, pepperjack cheese or sometimes a little fat free ranch and theyre really good and filling.
