    I normally weigh in on Tuesdays afternoons around 2:30pm, but today I had a Wellness Screening at my job and had to weigh in this morning 9:15am. By the time I weigh in, in the afternoon I will have consumed 10 cups of water almost which I'm fine with that bc I'm still losing at least a pound a week. My problem is when I weighed in at the Wellness Screening I'm at least 10 lbs lighter than when I weighed in last week! I'm no confused and could I be holding on to 10 lbs of water weight? I don't know which lbs to post...the am or the pm?

    I'm late to the game, but I'd love to join!
    Current weight: 69 kilos/152 lbs.
    Goal weight: 65 kilos by December 19th.
    I regained those four kilos after two holidays (and a broken heart) in August. My goal is to get back on track.

    Hi. I am also late to join but here we go. I started beginning of August at 84kg (185.18). My goal is to reach 74kg (163) by Christmas, my birthday. The biggest challenge is to not gain over the holidays.

    I slowed a bit this week with increased calories for running c25k. I made a slight adjustment to my goals, so hopefully next week I'll be down around 1.5 or so.
