I just found this today and hope it's not too late to jump in...I need to be accountable! I turn 50 on Dec 26 and would like to be even smaller than my goal weight but don't want to put an unrealistic goal out there and get discouraged. Week 1 (9/25)- 177 Week 2 (10/2)- Week 3 (10/9)- Week 4 (10/16)- Week 5 (10/23)- Week 6…

I went shopping for more "interim" clothes because so much of my stuff is super baggy. I was in size 14 during my last interim trip. This time i could actually get into some 12 pants. The scales haven't gone down but i must be losing inches (i never measured them). Even better I looked at a picture a co-worker took of me…

I agree with the post about Leslie Sansone videos...I have used several of them...my favorite is the Pilates video. My goal is to do something every day even if it is only one mile walk. Through my "on demand" feature on my tv, I can access free exercisetv workouts...they offer a wide variety...usually different every…

It's a good problem to have! Fortunately I'm now able to wear my daughter's totally cute red jacket:) The bad news is that I'm really having a hard time finding clothes to buy. They all need to be tailored and i don't want to spend the $ since I'm still trying to lose. Keep up the good work; you are almost at your goal.

I'm down 20 lbs and I understand what you are saying. In the mirror my body looks pretty much the same. However, I just pulled 5 pairs of pants from the back of the closet (size 14 not 16 or 18). I now fit in them and that has boosted my self esteem tremendously. I bought a couple of bras in a smaller cup size (D not DD)…

It's definitely a great feeling to know that little changes have made a difference! I feel much the same way that I'm starting to do squats in my work outs and my knees aren't killing me like they used too... Celebrate!!!

I made Gina's Skinny Taste Crockpot Santa fe chicken and it was wonderful. Took 10 minutes to put in the crockpot, then 3 minutes to shred the chicken at the end of the day...with frozen rice that heats up in 3 minutes it was definitely a quick meal.

Thanks for all the laughs everyone!!!!!

Leftovers are always good but I definitely try and make sure they are measured out so I can record the calories correctly. However, most of the time I take a salad with lots of veggies cut up in it (and maybe some chicken strips)...it fills the whole paper plate and makes me think I'm eating soooo much when in reality it…
