    I am so proud of you. We have overcome many obsticals down our Journey and have prevailed. We know that we can face anything in our path and move past it. I would have never lost the weight I have with out your support and encouragement along the way and we have insipred others to join us in this journey.

    Fantastic job. You look amazing. & tell your wife she has done good also..I too have the love & support from my husband unfortantely he doesnt even have to try to lose weight it just comes off by itself. I soo hate him but yet love him to pieces. Keep up the great work & you are right, it is not another crash diet, i am tired of that, it is a life style change. I am soo in with you all,
