    Fantastic job. You look amazing. & tell your wife she has done good also..I too have the love & support from my husband unfortantely he doesnt even have to try to lose weight it just comes off by itself. I soo hate him but yet love him to pieces. Keep up the great work & you are right, it is not another crash diet, i am tired of that, it is a life style change. I am soo in with you all,

    Congratulations to you both!! I love reading these posts, it reinforces in me that this works and is a lifestyle change. This is the first time in my life that I haven't looked for the "quick fix" in regard to weight loss.
