I am soooooooo in! I have been with mfp for a little over a month but havn't done a challenge before. So hopefully I will figure out how to post every Sun! Good luck everyone!

NWG (non weight goal)- My Halloween challenge requires a 100 miles. So by Christmas I should be able to do 200 miles. I also would like to be back into a size 12. Not sure if 180 lbs. will get me there. But a solid 14 would be an improvement too : )0 -
I just posted to the spreadsheet. I am down 8lbs! Of course, it is the first week with a lot of water weight since I started guzzling water, but every little bit helps! I am a bit worried about this weekend--I have a business conference to go to. I am going to pack a cooler with me, I think. Put in some healthy foods that hopefully will offset the dinners I will be attending. 5 nights at a hotel...trying to figure out how exactly I will weigh in, but maybe they'll have a scale in their exercise room. I think this week I will be happy to maintain!

I just found this today and hope it's not too late to jump in...I need to be accountable! I turn 50 on Dec 26 and would like to be even smaller than my goal weight but don't want to put an unrealistic goal out there and get discouraged.

I was tempted to not even post at all, but this site is about accountability! So I FORCED myself to update the spreadsheet honestly.
I had a gain of 2.2. (from 173.6 to 175.8) Not surprising though because I have not gotten my binge eating under control. On saturday I was way out of line. And it would be fine if I had a crazy cheat day.... ifffff I didnt go over my calories almost everyday this week. We have 13 weeks left though, so I can't give up yet. Hopefully next Sunday will be a better weigh in for me!

Me too. I'm getting a bird on my rib cage that matches the style of a tattoo I have on my hip. Trying to flesh it out into a more full side piece. What are you getting?
I haven't decided what it I reach my new years goal but once I am fully done and down to my goal weight (hopfully by next summer) I am planning a back piece, and it will be a Phoenix with open wings( that extend across my back and shoulders) to have different things like one wing will have 1 foot print from each of my kids when they were babies, a Breast cancer ribbon, a Cesarean Awareness ribbon and I don't know what else yet lol it gonna be a big one, but so fitting for the new person I am becoming I will probably get something pretty small for my new years goal Now I gotta start finding what I want ....0 -

I am impressed with your willingness to admit what you're struggling with. "Reporting" a gain is something that I have always had a hard time with. I like to brag about losses and just kinda pretend gains don't exist, but accountability is the most important thing. Soooooooooooo... I have to admit that I did weigh myself this morning and had gained about a pound - but I didn't track it here (which I will now :happy: )
