I'm worried about this weeks weigh in already! This morning, I weighed 183.2, which was my 9/18 starting weight! I really hope it's just a normal fluctuation because I have eaten well and exercised all week!! I want to see the scale move by Sunday!0

~Hi All, September is such a bad month for me with so many birthdays, mine 21st, my boyfriend 22nd and my son 28th, so this next weekend is the last one of parties and my head is down until December. So far put on 2.2lbs, but I know that the tip of the iceburg.0

I know I am late but just started MFP on Monday. I just added myself to the spreadsheet. Super siked! I can't lose super fast because I am nursing an infant and don't want my supply to tank. You mamas know what I'm talking about.

Hey everyone! Just dropping in to check in!
Last Sunday I saw a gain :grumble:
But... I am back on the wagon and stayed under my calories the last 2 days and got in a run on both days despite the rediculous busy-ness. I am hoping to see a loss from my SW on Sunday! I have a 5k race on Sunday so that should totally help!
AND I am going to San Diego to see my best friend from college in 14 days! I neeeeeeeed to stay focused until then (short term)
As far as my progress on my Non-weigh goal... I have not ordered out/eaten any take out since last MONDAY- thats 10 days for me. And that is a great start!

Over did it on my shoulder yesterday, in a lot of pain. Sucks cause I only had 2 days left to reach my goal of working out 5 days this week0

Already a little nervous about the weigh in this week. Yesterday was one of those days that no matter how much you eat you are still starving and I just kept eating Hoping my 4 mile run tomorrow will help out a little and trying to stay within my goals the next couple days. I would be happy to stay the same at this point. I just hate that one bad day can cancel out 6 good days0

I'll take maintaining. Last night was my anniversary and we went out to Outback to eat- half a loaf of bread with butter, half an order of Aussie cheese fries, loaded baked potato and 8oz filet later I was about bursting, but since we don't have access to a fridge or ANY appliance to reheat food here our only options were to eat absolutely everything or let it go to waste, and Outback is damn expensive in Singapore- I'm not wasting a $50 steak! So I ended up more than doubling my calories for yesterday, but it was sooooo worth it! In the end I lost another 1.2 pounds during the week and gained it all back yesterday, but just breaking even is about all I could have asked for. Next week hopefully I'll be back down.
